PT Archipelago Upayas Minerba (AUM) is an Indonesian-based company operating in the energy and mineral commodity sector. Established in 2016, the company began as a consulting firm specializing in energy trade and mining acquisition. Commodities We Trade

We trade strategic energy and mineral commodities including

  • 01 Energy: Coal, Biodiesel, MFO, MDO, MGO
  • 02 Minerals: nickel, alumina, silica sand, metallurgical coal (anthracite), sea sand, base course and agregate stone crushed

PT AUM offers supply and distribution of refined fuel products for industrial needs.

Trading Mechanism

Initial supply via spot transactions with fixed pricing. Transition to long-term contracts based on performance. Price reference: Pertamina Bi-Weekly Published Price or MOPS (+/- premium/discount)

Payment Terms

Spot: Cash-basis / COD. Long-term: SKBDN or open credit (subject to mutual agreement)

Delivery Terms

FOB / CFR depending on agreement

Initial spot shipments. Long-term supply contracts with volume commitment. Pricing: Linked to Coal Index values (US$/MT)

Spot: Cash-basis / COD. Long-term: SKBDN or Letter of Credit
